An environmentally minded renovation and extension to an existing house in a conservation area. This house contains a air source heat pump, photovoltaics with battery storage and an upgrade of the building envelopes thermal performance. We added a rear stone extension to contrast the rendered main house and tie in with the front gable.

Renovation of a grade II Listed Building to Create our Current Office

We purchased an old Sextons Tower from the Church of Wales and began renovation of the listed building to create our offices. The project was a balance of remaining sympathetic to the church, who’s grounds the tower is located in, and creating a larger more modern space to be used as an office.
